How to Move from Another IBO to Pearson Call Center

If you are currently registered under another Independent Business (IBO) on the Arise® Platform and would like to join Pearson Call Center (listed as Pearson Career Consulting LLC), follow the steps below to transfer your profile. This process allows you to remain on the Arise® Platform while joining our team under a new Service Partner.


Before You Begin

Please note:

  • Pearson Call Center’s Company ID is 1130839.
  • You must not have an active Statement of Work (SOW) with your current IBO to transfer.
  • You cannot move between IBOs while in the middle of a certification or active client servicing period.

If you are currently servicing a client, you’ll need to complete or end your current SOW before requesting the transfer.


Step-by-Step: How to Transfer to Pearson Call Center

Step 1: End Your Relationship with Your Current IBO

  1. Log in to your Arise Portal at portal.arise.com.
  2. Submit a request to your current IBO to release you from their business.
  3. The IBO must approve the release for your profile to become eligible to join a new IBO.
  4. Once the release is approved, your account status will update to show you are not currently associated with an Independent Business.

You cannot join Pearson Call Center until your release has been approved by your current IBO.


Step 2: Wait for Release Confirmation

  • Arise typically processes releases within 24 to 48 hours after the current IBO approves it.
  • You’ll receive a notification once your profile is released and ready to join a new company.
  • If there is a delay, contact Arise Support via your portal for assistance.

Step 3: Join Pearson Call Center

  1. Log back into your Arise account.
  2. Navigate to the “Join an Existing Business” section.
  3. Enter our Company ID: 1130839.
  4. Verify the company name displays as Pearson Career Consulting LLC.
  5. Submit your request to join.

Once you’re accepted, you will officially be under the Pearson Call Center network and can begin the process of enrolling in certification for your next client opportunity.


Step 4: Complete Any Additional Steps

After joining Pearson Call Center:

  • Review and sign any required internal agreements or onboarding forms.
  • Update your Arise profile information if needed.
  • Begin browsing available client opportunities and enroll in certification once approved.

Important Notes

  • Transfers cannot be processed while you are in certification or servicing under another IBO.
  • If you were recently terminated from an IBO, you may need to wait until your profile is eligible for reassignment.
  • Always verify that the company name reads “Pearson Career Consulting LLC” before submitting your join request.
