Registering on the Arise® Platform (Join Pearson Call Center)

You are joining an existing Service Partner on the Arise® Platform—do not create your own business. When prompted, you’ll join “Pearson Career Consulting LLC” using Company ID: 1130839.

Step-by-step: Join Pearson Call Center on Arise

1) Create your Arise account

1. Go to Register Now and create your profile: register.arise.com (or click Register from Arise’s Registration page). Arise Work From Home

2. Use your legal name and a regularly-checked email.

3. Verify your email and sign in to your Arise dashboard (portal).

2) Choose the correct path: Register as an Agent

1. In Registration, select “Register as an Agent” (not “Register a Business”).

2. When asked how you’ll work on the platform, pick “Join an existing Service Partner.” This path is designed for agents who want to contract with an established company. Arise Work From Home

3) Join Pearson Call Center (our Arise listing)

1. When prompted to find or enter a Service Partner, enter our Company ID: 1130839.

2. Confirm the company name shows as “Pearson Career Consulting LLC.”

3. Submit your request to join and wait for acceptance on the platform.

4) Complete Arise onboarding items

Arise will guide you through the standard onboarding steps on your dashboard:

• Skills & Interests Assessment (to match you with programs). Arise Work From Home

• Background Check (initiated from your dashboard). Follow all on-screen instructions and use your legal information. Arise Work From Home

• Any other required enrollment steps shown in your account. Arise Work From Home

Tip: Arise provides a central “Get Started” checklist that includes joining an existing business, taking assessments, passing a background check, and enrolling in certification for the program you choose. Arise Work From Home

5) Select a client program & enroll in certification

1. Browse available opportunities from your dashboard.

2. Enroll in the certification for the program you plan to service (follow the Program Announcement and any prerequisites). Arise Work From Home

3. After you successfully complete certification, you’ll be eligible to begin servicing.

What to expect after you join

• You’re contracting as an independent agent under a Service Partner on the Arise® Platform (this is not an employment relationship with Arise). Arise Work From Home
