Certification Completion Stipend
What Is the Certification Completion Stipend?
Pearson Call Center provides a $200 Certification Completion Stipend to agents who successfully complete certification for an approved client program. This stipend acknowledges the time, effort, and professionalism required to complete certification and begin servicing clients through the Pearson Call Center network.
Who Qualifies for the Stipend?
To qualify, agents must:
- Attend all required certification sessions in full.
- Complete all assigned self-study modules (if applicable).
- Pass all assessments and meet certification performance standards.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and engagement throughout certification.
- Fully complete certification as verified through Arise and Pearson Call Center records.
When Is the Stipend Paid?
The $200 stipend is paid after certification is successfully completed.
- Payment is issued the following pay period after Arise invoices it.
- Stipends are sent using the same payment method used for servicing revenue.
- Agents who drop, fail, or are removed from certification are not eligible for the stipend.
Does This Replace Paid Training?
No. Pearson Call Center does not offer hourly pay during certification. The $200 Certification Completion Stipend is a one-time payment provided once certification is finished successfully.
Why This Policy Exists
Pearson Call Center values the dedication agents invest in becoming certified and ready to service clients. The stipend provides financial recognition for completing certification requirements while maintaining a professional standard of excellence.
Important Notes
- Certification attendance and participation are mandatory to qualify.
- The stipend applies only once per completed certification.
- Arise must invoice the certification before the stipend can be released.
- Agents should ensure login credentials match their Arise account so attendance is properly tracked.
